About the position
Responsibilities
• Deliver basic technical, administrative, or operative General Administration tasks
• Maintain files and records; obtain/verify routine information from hard copy, microfiche or automated source documents
• Ensure outgoing mail is prepared every day for established deadline
• Process mail accurately and efficiently every day
• Update contact information on Excel spreadsheets
• Maintain daily logs; make photocopies
• Fax mail, forms, requests
• Type & input basic data from forms
• Perform General Clerk duties
• Maintain office supplies for staff and office
• Communicate opportunities for best practices based on issues identified
• Work is allocated on a day-to-day or task-by-task basis with clear instructions
• Attend monthly admin meetings
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Associates degree or equivalent work experience strongly preferred
• Accounts receivable background preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Problem-solving skills
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Detail oriented
• Solid organizational skills
Nice-to-haves
