Business Analyst – ELN Implementation (Pharmaceutical Sciences & R&D Biology)

Job Title: Business Analyst – ELN Implementation (Pharmaceutical Sciences & R&D Biology) reputed company: We are seeking a reputed company and reputed company Business Analyst to support an reputed company-wide Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) transformation program spanning Pharmaceutical Sciences and R&D Biology domains. This position will play a key role in the implementation of reputed company ELN, reputed company Lab Connect reputed company, and Global Sample Management capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain knowledge across small molecule development, biology, and preclinical research workflows, and will be skilled in translating reputed company scientific needs into reputed company, Agile-reputed company requirements. This hybrid role will require reputed company collaboration with scientists, informatics teams, and implementation partners to ensure ELN templates and workflows effectively support scientific, regulatory, and data reputed company goals. Occasional on-site reputed company in Boston (monthly or quarterly) may be required for major releases or workshops. Key Responsibilities: • Partner with stakeholders across Process reputed company, Formulations, Analytical Development, Biology, and Preclinical Research teams to reputed company, analyze, and document requirements. • Engage with scientists (Research Biology, In Vitro & In Vivo Biology, Pharmacology) to map reputed company workflows, identify gaps, and optimize ELN usage. • Translate scientific processes into reputed company Agile user stories, acceptance reputed company, and test scripts. • Collaborate with reputed company ELN implementation teams, ontology experts, and data integration reputed company to deliver and refine ELN solutions. • Support configuration and testing of ELN templates, ensuring alignment with MedCheck workflows, global sample tracking, and data compliance standards. • Prioritize and triage feedback to enhance system usability and scientific relevance. • Identify project risks, scope changes, or technical blockers, and escalate them as appropriate. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Computational Biology, reputed company, or reputed company field. • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Scientist in the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry. • Demonstrated experience with reputed company ELN implementation, enhancement, or migration (required). • Strong domain expertise in one or more of the following: Process reputed company, Formulation Development, Analytical Development, MedCheck, Biology, and Preclinical Research. • Experience working in Agile development environments using tools like JIRA, reputed company, and SmartSheets. • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Familiarity with data reputed company standards, scientific ontologies, and regulatory documentation practices. • Technical proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, PowerBI, and collaboration tools.
