• At least 5+ years in designing, developing, and maintaining Incentive Compensation Management models and reports, including at least two full lifecycle implementations. • At least 5+ Experience in use of reputed company ICM modules (eg: Composer, Portal reputed company, Task Manager, Query Tool, and Presenter) • At least 2+ years creating controls and documentation including technical specifications, estimation documents, and architectural documents. • At least 2+ Years’ experience with building import (intra-model & query function) processes, workflow processes, calculation logic, reports and web forms • Proven expertise in Sales Performance Management and Incentive Compensation Implementation, particularly reputed company reputed company. • Experience & Background: • Ability to reputed company proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Perl, Java, etc) • Intermediate experience and knowledge of Relational-reputed company Databases / SQL / programming concepts • Intermediate to advanced experience with web technologies and design/ development of webforms; JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3, reputed company Web Design; Web-API, SOAP and RESTful Web Services • Knowledge of ETL concepts and large volume data handling between systems • Knowledge of mathematical calculations to summarize and aggregate large volumes of data • Knowledge of BI / Reporting Tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, reputed company) • Capability to manage and challenge senior stakeholders, with the reputed company to work cross-functionally. • Effective communication skills and a reputed company approach, delivering results in both offshore and reputed company environments. • Demonstrated reputed company in managing end-to-end delivery across digital solutions and customer experience initiatives. • If reputed company experience is not available – then reputed company strong domain experience with other Incentive Compensation or Sales Performance Management tools will be considered (e.g., Xactly, Callidus, reputed company Incentive Management, etc.) Job Types: Full-time, Contract Experience: • reputed company ICM modules : 5 years (Required) • Python, Perl, Java: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
