About the position Responsibilities • Responsible for assisting with implementation and administration of recruitment programs • Receive, screen, and file incoming resumes, background, and reference checks • Conduct initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and/or face-to-face interviews with prospective applicants • Assist with recommendations to hiring manager on candidate hire, and partner with appropriate stakeholders to offer competitive compensation packages and facilitate negotiation with candidates • Leverage various resources - internet, community organizations, print media, formal/informal networks, colleges, trade associations - to directly and indirectly source qualified candidates • Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, working within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS tools • Maintain consistent standards for all applicants and ensure compliance with all local rules and regulations related to hiring and recruiting • Responsible for developing and applying an in-depth knowledge of the job specifications to include experience, skills, and behavioral competencies needed for success in each role • Promote the Concentrix values through both behavior and attitude, including being an advocate for team members. Requirements • Demonstrated success in a P&C Insurance environment with expertise in reviewing and validating required licensing strongly preferred • Experience in hiring tasks which may include resumé reviewing, interviewing and onboarding activities strongly preferred • Experience in contact centers and awareness of stakeholder needs • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables • Self-starter, sense of urgency, works well under pressure, and ability to work in high-velocity environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Solid professionalism and ability to develop relationships • Strong attention to detail • Ability to handle and maintain confidential information • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking • Eagerness to learn new technologies • Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence Benefits • The base salary range for this position is $18 to $20/hr., plus incentives that align with individual and company performance • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Comprehensive employee assistance program (EAP) • 401(k) retirement plan • Paid time off and holidays • Paid training days • Company networking opportunities with organized groups in various topics • Health and wellness programs with trained partners • Mentorship programs that support your rewarding career journey • Programs and events that support diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as global citizenship, sustainability, and community support Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
