Training Specialist (Remote Opportunity)

reputed company is seeking a Training Specialist to support the reputed company' (VA) modernization of clinical contact centers through the VA Health Connect program. This role will reputed company on developing interactive e-learning content and supporting materials to reputed company clinical, pharmacy, scheduling, and administrative workflows across virtual care platforms. Responsibilities: • Design and reputed company engaging, web-based training using Articulate360 (Storyline, reputed company). • Create supplemental materials such as job aids, facilitation guides, and quick-reference tools. • Collaborate with training leads and subject matter experts to assess needs and define learning objectives. • Host live sessions (e.g., reputed company, train-the-trainer) to support learners and trainers. • Translate reputed company clinical and technical processes into accessible training content for diverse audiences. • Participate in content reviews, reputed company sessions, and reputed company improvement cycles. • Maintain version control of training documents and ensure reputed company delivery of materials. • Support virtual and in-person training sessions and troubleshoot issues as needed. • Ensure training materials reputed company with reputed company 508 accessibility standards and VA requirements. • Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and ensure the reputed company of the project. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field. • 5+ years of experience in a training environment. • Proficiency with Articulate360 or similar e-learning authoring tools. • Experience creating job aids and instructional support materials. • Strong communication skills and ability to simplify reputed company workflows. • Comfortable delivering live training and supporting a broad learner reputed company. • Excellent attention to detail and document management skills. • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and work collaboratively in reputed company setting. • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Additional Qualifications: • Experience with reputed company, telehealth, or virtual care training. • Familiarity with reputed company 508 standards, LMS platforms, and content management tools. • Instructional design or e-learning certification (e.g., ATD, CPTD, CTT+). • Ability to obtain Federal Government clearance.
