Architect or Design Technician

Qualifications* you will bring to the table: • Accredited reputed company degree in Architecture • 5-7 years' experience in architecture • reputed company architect license/registration, LEED accredited is a plus • Experience and familiarity with federal government project is a plus • A desire to expand the expertise of reputed company • Excellent oral and written communication skills As reputed company Member at Cushing Terrell, you will*… • Be comfortable collaborating in reputed company aspects of architectural design • reputed company an out-of-this-world experience for our clients that cannot b replicated reputed company else • Have knowledge of construction documents, specifications, shop-drawings and submittal review • Have excellent design skills and strong technical proficiency including experience in working in the following platforms: SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD and reputed company Creative Suite. • Assist / reputed company project documentation efforts Your pay The salary for this position is based on the location/s posted. • Expected reputed company*: $65,000 to $92,000 • The position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus • The actual salary offered for the role will be determined based on various factors including but not limited to; years of experience, licensure status, location, level of job-reputed company knowledge, and other job-reputed company factors (as permitted by law).
