Virtual Assistant for Lead Qualification, & Appointment Setting, & Scheduling (Pressure Washing)
Job Description:
We’re a fast-growing exterior cleaning company looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help us manage and convert inbound leads into booked in-person estimates.
Leads come from Facebook, Google, and our website. You’ll be responsible for reaching out within 5–15 minutes during business hours, qualifying them through a short script, and scheduling estimates into our calendar based on their location.
This role is ideal for someone with great communication skills who can move fast, stay organized, and handle small but high-value tasks that directly drive revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Call, text, or email all inbound leads (script provided)
- Respond to new leads within 5–15 min during business hours (required)
- Qualify the lead by asking 3–4 key questions
- Identify serious customers vs. price-shoppers
- Schedule estimate appointments via Google Calendar
- Group bookings by close proximity to reduce travel time
- Follow up on after-hours leads first thing next business day
- Maintain simple tracking in Google Sheets or CRM
What “Qualify” Means:
- Are they within our service area?
- Are they ready to meet for an estimate this week?
- Are they just browsing or looking to get work done?
Compensation:
This is a commission-based contractor role. You’ll earn 5% of every job that you help book and we close.
We close over 85% of estimates, and our average job is $700 — so you typically earn $35 per closed job. With 3–4 leads per day, that comes out to $450–$600/week depending on volume.
Most tasks take 5–10 minutes, so your effective pay averages $45–$75/hour.
This is a high-ROI role built for someone who’s fast, organized, and responsive.
Requirements:
- Fluent or native English speaker
- Excellent phone, texting, and email communication
- Available during U.S. EST business hours (Required)
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Comfortable using Google Calendar, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools
- Experience in appointment setting, customer service, or lead qualification is preferred
