Email Communication Specialist / Client Liaison for Tiny Home Projects
We build custom tiny homes — and I’m looking for someone who can act as our professional representative over email. Your job will be to communicate back and forth with customers (mostly via Gmail), answer their questions, follow up when needed, and move conversations forward smoothly without needing me to step in unless absolutely necessary.
This role is perfect for someone with excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and experience in client communication. Bonus if you’ve worked in construction, building code, architecture, healthcare spaces, or project coordination.
What You’ll Do:
Respond to emails from customers promptly and clearly
Ask for clarifications, follow up for decisions, and provide updates
Keep the tone professional, calm, and direct — I’ll provide some examples
Track conversations and escalate only when needed
Make sure nothing slips through the cracks
Requirements:
Native or fluent English
Excellent writing and grammar
Experience writing business or client emails
Independent, reliable, and fast to respond (within 24 hours)
Bonus: knowledge of construction, health codes, or mobile units
Familiarity with Gmail, Google Docs, etc.
