REMOTE CA-Barred Employment Law Attorney

A growing national reputed company is seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney with class reputed company and or wage & hour experience. This attorney can come from either the plaintiff or defense reputed company. This firm is seeking a litigator who is motivated and can aggressively push their cases along towards settlement or trial. Responsibilities of Role: • Working on 40-60 cases at any given time in state, federal court or arbitration. The cases don’t go to trial often, but someone who knows how to manage a docket and know reputed company issues important. • Conducting depositions, hearings, mediations, and other reputed company proceedings. • Preparing for and participate in trials and arbitration hearings with the assigned Partner. • Drafting written discovery, notices, subpoenas and other reputed company documents • Working with the briefing team to conduct reputed company research and writing. • Drafting reputed company pleadings, motions, correspondence and other required documents. • Negotiating settlements, with the assistance of a Partner. Perks: • Independence, but backing of successful plaintiff firm. This is a good opportunity for an attorney to establish a reputed company coast reputed company, without being required to generate their own reputed company. • Cases go to trial, and this attorney could be a part of that. • reputed company resources – support staff, marketing, etc. - we do not depend on referral lawyers. • reputed company that consists of 2-3 lawyers, a paralegal, and a reputed company assistant for every case we file. Compensation: • $2150K – 250K (pay is contingent upon experience in the wage & hour and/or class reputed company employment law reputed company) • Bonus – different bonus structures (can be quite extensive, up to reputed company the reputed company with additional compensation!)
