Business to Business Development
Job Summary
We seek an experienced and professional business development professional with a proven track record of promoting professional business services, such as those offered by ChildCareOwner, including financial management consulting, childcare business turnaround services, childcare business management, business exit and succession planning, and other specialized business solutions. We are open to considering various pay structures, including per–hour and flat-rate options, with minimum hours specified per week, based on contractors' availability and desired work structure.
This role is crucial in driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, customer relationship management, and strategic planning. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and managing projects to ensure successful execution. Experience in the Child Care Industry is a plus, but not required.
Duties
• Make outbound calls to child care business owners, appointment setting, online presentations, and assist with industry events.
• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective customer relationship management.
• Utilize software tools, including Zoho CRM, for tracking leads, managing client interactions, and reporting on progress.
• Prepare presentations and proposals for potential clients to effectively communicate value propositions.
• Assist with Social Media campaigns.
Skills
• Proven experience in business development and sales, with a track record of achieving targets.
• Strong customer relationship management skills to foster long-term partnerships.
• Familiarity with Zoho or similar CRM software for managing client data and sales processes.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder engagement.
