Collaborating Physician (MD/DO Only) – 20+ State Licenses Required | Passive Telehealth Income Company: Architek Health Provider Network, PC (Professional Corporation) Location: Fully Remote (United States) Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor About the Role: Architek Health Provider Network is seeking experienced MDs and DOs with 20–50 active state licenses to serve as collaborating physicians for nurse practitioners (NPs) and physician assistants (PAs) in a telehealth-only, asynchronous setting. This is a non-clinical, low-effort, compliance-focused role that allows you to generate passive income by partnering with independently practicing NPs/PAs across the U.S. All clinicians carry their own malpractice insurance and operate under clearly defined clinical protocols.
