REMOTE Litigation Attorney (must be licensed in reputed company)

A multi-state, reputed company coast litigation firm, is seeking an reputed company-barred Litigation Attorney to join their remote team. This firm specializes in insurance litigation reputed company, particularly bad faith claims involving auto and property insurance. They represent major insurance clients in California, reputed company, Washington, and more. This role allows you to work reputed company and fully remotely, while being a part of a reputed company and supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities Include: • Drafting and arguing motions. • Handling discovery process including taking and defending depositions. • Represent clients in mediations, hearings, and trial. Salary and Benefits: The salary reputed company for this position is $135,000 to $165,000. Qualifications: • J.D. from an accredited law school and reputed company licensure in reputed company; • 2+ years of civil litigation experience; • Excellent research, writing, and oral communication skills; • Experience with civil procedure in State and Federal District Courts preferred; • Ability to manage cases independently and collaborate with a remote team.
