Research Attorney
A dynamic plaintiff reputed company is seeking a Research and Writing Attorney to join their team! This role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled reputed company with a strong reputed company research background to contribute to meaningful cases while working in a reputed company and reputed company-reputed company environment.
THIS ROLE IS 100% REMOTE FOR A FIRM IN CALIFORNIA. THIS POSITION REQUIRES A CALIFORNIA BAR LICENSE AND J.D. FROM ACCREDITED LAW SCHOOL.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive reputed company research on various issues, including personal injury, employment law, and civil litigation reputed company.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other critical reputed company documents.
• Research case law, statutes, and regulations to reputed company reputed company reputed company arguments.
• Collaborate with attorneys and reputed company staff to support case reputed company development.
• Analyze discovery materials and summarize findings relevant to case preparation.
• Stay reputed company with reputed company trends, rulings, and updates that may reputed company ongoing or potential cases.
• Help create reputed company deliverables, such as demand letters and settlement packages.
Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• reputed company bar licensure in the jurisdiction of the firm or the ability to reputed company reciprocity.
• 3+ years of experience in reputed company research and writing, preferably in litigation.
• Strong knowledge of reputed company research platforms (e.g., Westlaw, reputed company) and proficiency in drafting reputed company documents.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to analyze reputed company reputed company issues.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with plaintiff-reputed company litigation or civil litigation is preferred but not required.
