Role Summary:
The Director of Experienced Talent Acquisition is a critical member of Rapid's senior leadership team. You will be responsible for setting, implementing, and evaluating recruiting strategies in response to ever-changing market conditions, achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, university relations, community engagement, strategic sourcing, and developing new, creative recruiting campaigns and programs. You will play a critical role in leading our hiring of the best possible talent while meeting the human capital needs of the Company.
About the Position:
• Lead team of full lifecycle recruiting professionals in developing, executing, and measuring recruiting strategies to fill open requisitions with top talent efficiently
• Design, oversee, and optimize university relations strategies to fill early career talent pipeline
• Optimize workflows and integrations across talent tech stack including ATS, CRM, HRIS, and other complementary solutions, and evaluate and recommend new solutions based on need
• Work with hiring managers and recruiting team on forecasting and strategic planning
• Build and manage productive relationships with hiring managers to evaluate and improve talent acquisition delivery
• Support Talent Acquisition Consultants in identifying, connecting with, and nurturing relationships for future talent pipeline
• Evaluate usage and success of job boards, technology platforms, recruitment marketing campaigns for sourcing/recruitment
• Guide the application of behavioral and cognitive assessment results in the selection process
• Progress Rapid's reputation as an employer of choice", both internally and externally
• Collaborate with Operations Hiring Teams on new talent technology, compliance, and process best practices
• Oversee all talent projects and programs as it relates to university, community, military, veteran and executive talent recruitment
• Guide the creation of reports enabled by talent technology across the stack and share and leverage data across departments to improve recruiting and hiring activity
About you
• Highly collaborative and patient with hands-on experience leading recruiting teams through change in high growth companies
• Approachable leader with a passion for building and guiding high performing talent acquisition professionals
• Demonstrated experience with recruiting process, data, and technology that delivers successful talent outcomes
• Familiarity with designing process and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) measurement that influences strategy and behavior
• Adept at influencing diverse stakeholders by sharing market expertise to support strategy changes
Basic Qualifications
• 7+ years of progress recruiting experience including leading experienced recruiting professionals
• Experience implementing a variety of recruiting technologies and reporting suites
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, ATS, CRM and other recruiting-specific technologies
Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity utilizing various assessments in the selection process
COVID-19 Requirements
• Must be fully vaccinated: 2 doses of Pfizer/Moderna or 1 dose of Johnson & Johnson, 2 weeks prior or more
• Booster shot is required 2 months after Johnson & Johnson or 5 months after second dose of Pfizer/Moderna
