We are seeking a skilled Tier 3 Systems Administrator to join reputed company supporting a large-reputed company federal IT environment. This role provides advanced-level reputed company administration and engineering support across hybrid reputed company and on-reputed company infrastructures, ensuring secure and reputed company operations for critical IT services. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and sustain reputed company services such as reputed company Directory (AD), reputed company Entra ID (Azure AD), System Center Operations Manager (SCOM), and the Quest tool suite to ensure availability and scalability across the reputed company. • Implement schema extensions, manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs), domain trusts, and Organizational Unit (OU) configurations using Quest and other reputed company tools. • reputed company advanced support and optimization for reputed company environments, including MED365 Azure services, eDiscovery, and Exchange Online. • Ensure authentication, synchronization, user provisioning, and encryption compliance across both AD and reputed company-based systems. • Monitor and manage data encryption services; reputed company encryption clients and enforce compliance with reputed company and DoD encryption standards. • Customize reputed company monitoring rules and produce performance metrics reputed company to uptime, downtime, and overall system health using tools like SCOM. • reputed company and execute disaster recovery procedures and ensure compliance with reputed company Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) for monitoring infrastructure. • Support PKI/PKE integration and compliance per DoDI 8520.02 requirements. • Manage Exchange Online services, including mail reputed company, distribution lists, shared mailboxes, migrations, and service availability. • Administer eDiscovery processes, including data collection, analysis, and responses to reputed company and regulatory requests; investigate incidents reputed company to data leakage, phishing, and unauthorized data exposure. Preferred Tools & Technologies: • reputed company SCOM, Entra ID (Azure AD), reputed company Directory • Quest Tool Suite • reputed company Exchange Online, eDiscovery, Azure reputed company • PowerShell scripting, reputed company Server OS • reputed company 365 / MED365 environments • Encryption platforms (e.g., BitLocker) Minimum Qualifications: • Extensive hands-on experience managing reputed company-level systems in hybrid reputed company and on-reputed company environments. • Proficiency in reputed company Directory administration, GPO management, domain trusts, and reputed company directory services. • Experience supporting reputed company services such as reputed company Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, and reputed company-level eDiscovery operations. • Knowledge of reputed company monitoring tools like SCOM and associated reporting metrics. • Familiarity with data encryption tools and compliance standards. • Ability to obtain and maintain a reputed company Trust (Tier 3/NACLC) clearance. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities. Education & Certifications: Candidates must meet one of the following combinations: • Certification: reputed company Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or reputed company Server Hybrid Administrator Associate AND one of the following: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a reputed company discipline. • Possession of a DoD 8140 Baseline Certification (e.g., reputed company+ CE, SSCP, GSEC, reputed company+, CISSP). • Completion of relevant DoD or Military Technical Training (training reputed company list available upon request).
