As a champion for our Customer Perception primary research product, you'll build strong relationships with stakeholders, identify opportunities, and propose solutions to empower merchants and suppliers to make informed decisions. With a proven track record in leading research projects, people-first leadership, and account management expertise, you'll thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Walmart Data Ventures products and services to identify opportunities and propose solutions to internal business partners and stakeholders.
- Develop and enhance materials to educate business partners on the use and benefits of our product, serving as a product ambassador.
- Lead and support internal and external training programs to ensure seamless execution of market research projects.
- Proactively identify product updates and trends to reflect industry, market, and competitive insights.
- Oversee a team to ensure flawless execution of market research projects, developing and sharing best practices to continually improve processes.
- Manage and foster positive relationships with key contacts, engaging regularly to facilitate adoption and engagement in product use cases.
- Provide performance feedback, instill a high level of work ownership, and seek feedback from team members to overcome challenges.

Who You Are:

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 6+ years of market research experience in a client-facing role.
- 3+ years of managing a team.
- Solid experience in questionnaire design, table specifications, and project management.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and phone communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite, specifically MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with online data collection tools and knowledge of SPSS and/or other quantitative reporting tools.
