Job Summary: We're looking for an exceptional Math Instructor/Tutor to create an engaging and productive learning experience for our students. As a key member of our team, you'll provide individualized instruction, assess student progress, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver outstanding educational services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional instruction and tutoring services to students, both in-center and online
- Develop positive relationships with parents, establishing trust and confidence in our programs
- Become proficient in digital educational materials and processes, including the Mathnasium Method
- Evaluate student progress, grade assignments, and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain a clean, professional, and organized learning environment
- Support non-instructional tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of our team
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for mathematics and working with students
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong math competency, at least through Algebra I
- Ability to balance multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and adapt to a dynamic environment
- Willingness to learn, grow, and develop as a professional educator
