To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Mastery of video/photo editing software
• Experience with Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere Pro
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and their applications in web development
• A passion for design and a solid understanding of core concepts and design fundamentals
• A desire to continue learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends
• An impressive portfolio showcasing your experience in designing websites and web app dashboards
• Experience with project tools such as Basecamp and G-Suite
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday to Friday
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• A reliable workstation with a fast computer, microphone, speakers, and stable internet connection

Your duties and tasks will include:

• Designing unique and client-specific logos, brand guides, and design systems from scratch
• Creating wireframes, website mockups, and other graphics for desktop and mobile devices
• Drawing vector icons and illustrations
• Attending client meetings and collaborating with our Digital Producers to achieve client goals
• Working with cross-functional teams to establish project vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs
• Preparing design files for hand-off to developers
• Ensuring projects are completed on schedule while maintaining quality standards

Compensation for this position varies based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills test performance, geographic location, and seniority. For candidates in California, New York, Washington, and Colorado, the starting base pay ranges from $15 to $35 per hour.
