Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of warranty extensions, service contracts, and core service portfolio through strategic planning and execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Care, Inside Sales, and Service Delivery, to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
  • Build and maintain strong customer and channel relationships to increase market share, revenue, and profitability
  • Provide pre- and post-sales consultation to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services
  • Maintain accurate business reports, prospect lists, and quotations in existing systems

Ideal Candidate:

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Proven sales experience in an aftersales, service, or warranty environment, ideally in a high-tech industry
  • Experience working in a remote role as part of a nationwide sales team
  • Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of common IT tools, including MS-Office, SAP, and Service Max
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with a high degree of independence and ability to work collaboratively as part of a sales team
