Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of warranty extensions, service contracts, and core service portfolio through strategic planning and execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Care, Inside Sales, and Service Delivery, to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Build and maintain strong customer and channel relationships to increase market share, revenue, and profitability
- Provide pre- and post-sales consultation to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services
- Maintain accurate business reports, prospect lists, and quotations in existing systems
Ideal Candidate:
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Proven sales experience in an aftersales, service, or warranty environment, ideally in a high-tech industry
- Experience working in a remote role as part of a nationwide sales team
- Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences or a related field
- Strong knowledge of common IT tools, including MS-Office, SAP, and Service Max
- Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Results-oriented mindset with a high degree of independence and ability to work collaboratively as part of a sales team
