We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our expanding remote team as a Remote Outbound Call Center Agent. As a key member of our team, you will deliver exceptional customer service solutions to our esteemed clients, driving business growth and success.

Position Overview:

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for making regular outbound calls for various programs and projects, accurately recording all customer interactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to promote and upsell products and services, schedule appointments, and maintain a comprehensive understanding of campaign products, services, and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct data entry and typing tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Promote and upsell products and services to drive business growth
  • Schedule appointments in a business-to-customer format, ensuring exceptional customer experience
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of campaign products, services, and promotions to provide informed solutions

Required Skills:

  • Clear, articulate, and friendly voice, with excellent interpersonal skills and active listening abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fundamental computer skills and technological proficiency
  • Sales experience is advantageous, but not required - we provide comprehensive training and support

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of call center experience, including familiarity with automatic dialers and call scripting (mandatory for remote candidates)
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality, with a high school diploma or GED required
  • Experience in an outbound calling environment is preferred, but not essential

Work-from-Home Requirements:

  • Personal computer or laptop with Windows 10 (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible)
  • Hard-wired high-speed internet connection (ethernet cable)
  • USB-connected headset and webcam
  • A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, including pets and children
