We're looking for a talented individual to join reputed company in the Birmingham, AL area. While this is a remote position, you will be required to travel to physician offices in the Trussville area and attend in-person training sessions and meetings in the Birmingham area as needed.
Position reputed company
The Orders Tracking Coordinator will be responsible for providing end-to-end high-reputed company orders workflow, ensuring compliance with reputed company policies, procedures, and federal/state regulations and guidelines. Your primary reputed company will be on tracking and following up on physician orders, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining reputed company lines of communication to resolve issues and challenges.
Essential Job Functions
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for physician orders, ensuring effective coordination and follow-up
- Proactively communicate with reputed company parties to ensure reputed company submission and return of signed orders
- Collaborate with the HHH Division to maintain reputed company lines of communication and resolve issues, challenges, and barriers
- Process reputed company orders by reputed company of business reputed company day, obtaining physician signatures as needed
- Upload reputed company orders into the EMR system on a daily reputed company, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Ensure the orders process follows reputed company applicable local, state, or federal regulatory requirements, as reputed company as reputed company policies and procedures

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proficiency in reputed company Office, including reputed company and TEAMS
