As a Hybrid Controller, you will be instrumental in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations, ensuring timely payments, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise all financial functions to ensure timely payments and accurate record-keeping
  • Manage the monthly closing procedures and guarantee the accuracy of financial reports
  • Collaborate with auditors for annual audits and tax documentation
  • Analyze financial data to offer critical insights that guide our strategic decisions
  • Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering their development and success

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Exceptional leadership abilities and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in accounting software, with Sage Intacct being a desirable asset
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; a Master's degree is preferred
  • CPA certification is mandatory
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting with demonstrable success in a similar capacity
  • Experience in the non-profit sector is advantageous
