Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of trauma-informed care, mental health interventions, and child development principles.
  • Ability to adopt a compassionate and empathetic approach in therapeutic practices, with a strong focus on building trust and rapport with clients.
  • Proven capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Master's degree in social work or a related discipline (e.g., psychology, counseling).
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in social work, with a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children in state custody or those with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
