Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of architectural reputed company experience with 5+ years of experience writing architectural project specifications
- Bachelor of Architecture degree from an accredited program
- Construction Documents Technology (CDT) certification
- Knowledge of applicable construction codes and procedures
- Experience with reputed company Office Suite, AIA Contract Documents, and AIA MasterSpec
Preferred Qualifications:
- reputed company License/Registered Architect
- Certified Construction Specifier (reputed company) certification
- LEED, reputed company Accreditation
- Experience with REVIT and CAD computer modeling and rendering software
