About the Position:
The Part-Time Collections Evening Representative role at Radius Global Solutions is an exciting opportunity for self-driven and goal-oriented individuals to excel in a customer-facing environment. As a Collector/Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, and achieving collection goals through effective negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to assist with collections and resolve inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Utilize effective negotiation skills to achieve collection goals and meet performance targets
- Maintain a high level of customer service throughout interactions, ensuring a positive experience for our customers
- Follow up on outstanding accounts and provide updates to customers, demonstrating a proactive approach to collections
- Participate in required training sessions and adhere to the training schedule, ensuring ongoing development and improvement
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Retail, Call Centers, Collections, Sales, or Telemarketing
- Proven ability and desire to help people, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Excellent listening and negotiation skills, with a customer service focus
- Engaging and enthusiastic personality, with a confident and clear communication style
- Organized, self-driven, and goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic and motivation to succeed
- Keyboard proficiency and computer literacy, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- High School Diploma or GED required
