Senior Researcher, Film Intelligence - Unlocking the Power of Consumer Insights

In this high-impact role, you will leverage your expertise in film and research to craft compelling data-driven narratives that inspire stakeholders and drive business decisions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including high-level executives and external partners, you will own relationships and drive projects that amplify our team's impact. Your deep understanding of the film industry, gained from working at a studio or research agency, will be instrumental in driving success.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the voice of film landscape insights, presenting in large forums and keeping stakeholder teams connected to consumer needs
- Leading mixed-method research studies, maximizing internal knowledge, and leveraging syndicated research to build a strong understanding of consumer needs
- Owning film-related intelligence workstreams and cross-team projects that drive impact beyond title research
- Developing innovative research approaches and experimenting with new methods
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- At least 7+ years of hands-on research experience at a studio or market research agency, with deep film knowledge
- Experience designing, planning, and executing research projects end-to-end, particularly quantitative methods
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and surface learnings from past research
- Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills, with experience socializing research findings across departments
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting to change, with strong prioritization and time management skills
