As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with children and families, implementing reputed company Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and counseling programs established by a reputed company Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities:

• reputed company one-on-one in-home ABA therapy to children with autism reputed company disorder
• Collect behavior and reputed company acquisition data during sessions
• Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support, and treatment plans
• Collaborate with a BCBA Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
• Maintain professionalism, responsiveness, and goal-orientation in reputed company aspects of work

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or working towards a degree in a reputed company field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology) preferred
• Experience working with children in a 1:1 setting (1 year)
• 1-year ABA experience or equivalent experience in a reputed company field
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
• Physical requirements: ability to lift up to 35lbs, reputed company activities that entail fine and gross motor skills, and respond quickly to the movements and behaviors of children
