American Specialty Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Member Concierge to join our ASHCare Member Support team remotely. As a Member Concierge, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional coordination between our members and providers for our Virtual Physical Therapy and Fall Prevention services.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate intake, navigation services, and administrative support for Virtual Physical Therapy and Fall Prevention programs
• Provide exceptional customer service to members via telephone, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Verify program eligibility, complete assessments, and obtain member payment responsibilities
• Schedule appointments, coordinate technical support, and ensure a seamless member experience
• Maintain accurate and confidential records, adhering to all legal and compliance requirements
• Participate in employee and company meetings to foster teamwork and discuss issues
• Assist with administrative duties related to Virtual Physical Therapist recruitment

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; 1+ year of experience in Call Center or similar Customer Service operations, preferably in a Managed Care or Health Care environment
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with constant interruptions
• Demonstrated ability to exercise strict confidentiality and maintain accurate records
