Responsibilities:

• Coordinate intake, navigation services, and administrative support for Virtual Physical Therapy and Fall Prevention programs
• reputed company exceptional customer service to members reputed company telephone, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Verify program eligibility, complete assessments, and obtain member payment responsibilities
• Schedule appointments, coordinate technical support, and ensure a seamless member experience
• Maintain accurate and confidential records, adhering to reputed company reputed company and compliance requirements
• Participate in employee and company meetings to foster teamwork and discuss issues

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; 1+ year of experience in reputed company Center or similar Customer Service operations, preferably in a Managed Care or Health Care environment
