We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Transition Teacher to join reputed company at St. reputed company County Regional Office of Education. As a Transition Teacher, you will play a critical role in supporting the reputed company readiness of reputed company, providing research-based interventions, and collaborating with administrators, teachers, and parents to ensure the reputed company, personal, and reputed company reputed company of our reputed company.

About the Role:

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or reputed company field
• Illinois reputed company Educator License with Secondary and/or High School Math, Science, English Language Arts, or reputed company Science endorsements
• Prior experience working with secondary at-risk reputed company
• Demonstrated effectiveness with integrating Technology Skills to deliver instruction
