Job Summary:
As a Frontend Coach/Operations Manager, you'll play a critical role in leading and developing teams, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You'll be responsible for:
- Leading and developing teams effectively through teaching, training, and active listening
- Driving sales performance and financial growth by reviewing P&L statements, managing budgets, and controlling expenses
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer needs are met
- Supervising and developing hourly associates through hiring, training, and mentoring
- Coordinating and completing job-related activities and assignments
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- 2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports
