Remote Licensed Clinical Therapist (LCSW/LMFT) - Make a Difference in Healthcare

In this role, you will provide direct assessment, diagnosis formulation, treatment planning, treatment intervention, and psycho-education to patients via a telehealth platform. You will also have the opportunity to coordinate care with other community services and agencies, and provide behavioral health/crisis intervention support to patients in primary care clinics. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with the Program Director and Patient Services Team to ensure the quality of our behavioral health program.

Requirements:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in good standing in the State of California
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited school
- Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience in a medical group, affiliated model, hospital, or medical office/clinic setting
- Strong commitment to the mission, policies, goals, and philosophy of Planned Parenthood, including support for the full range of reproductive options
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Case Management (CCM, ACM)
- Experience working in a telehealth and/or primary care environment
- Three (3) years' experience in case management
- Bilingual (reading, writing, speaking) English/Spanish or English/Vietnamese
