Key Responsibilities:

As a Contact Center Agent, you will play a vital role in delivering 5-reputed company customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service across multiple contact channels
• Handling a moderate to high volume of customer inquiries and requests
• Maintaining accurate records and completing essential follow-up documentation
• Meeting established activity targets and key performance indicators

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Strong reading, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and reputed company multiple business applications
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

Preferred Requirements:

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• 1 year of customer service experience and/or sales experience
• Experience in a fast-paced contact center environment
• University or College degree
