Senior Account Representative - Protective Packaging (Remote - Midwest Regional Territory)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Representative to join our team in the Midwest region. As a Senior Account Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities in the protective packaging industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth and expand existing customer relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the protective packaging industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders
- Provide market feedback and insights to inform sales and marketing strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- 4-year Engineering Degree, preferably in Packaging Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the protective packaging industry
- Proven track record of sales success and new business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with the protective packaging industry, specifically Corner Posts
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range: $60,675 - $113,040 per year, depending on experience
- Annual target incentive of 12.5% of base salary
