Job Summary:

The Product Support Technician will be responsible for handling Tier 1 support calls, guiding customers through problem resolution, managing open tickets, and escalating issues when necessary. The successful candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise, customer service skills, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Enablement (30%): Respond to incoming help requests via phone, tickets, and remote support, prioritizing and escalating issues as needed.
  • Delivery Execution (30%): Perform software installations, document and review quality and change control standards, and apply diagnostic utilities to aid in troubleshooting.
  • Administration Operations (30%): Document end-user identification information, record and track problem-solving processes, and maintain accurate records.
  • Learning (10%): Participate in formal and informal training sessions, review product updates, and contribute to knowledge databases and team training documentation.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to work in the United States.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; preferred qualifications include experience with CRM or ticketing systems, Microsoft Office, and troubleshooting networking issues.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
