Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FLUIDCARE Technician II to join our team on the 3rd shift. As a FLUIDCARE Technician II, you will play a critical role in performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on fluid sealing systems and related equipment. Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect fluid sealing systems for signs of wear, damage, or leaks
- Perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure proper functioning of equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with pumps, valves, and associated components
- Replace worn or faulty parts to maintain system integrity
- Test repaired systems to ensure they meet performance standards
- Document maintenance activities and report on findings to management
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to optimize system performance
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree preferred
- Proven experience in fluid system maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of fluid sealing systems, pumps, valves, and related equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
