Financial Analyst Business Partner - Remote Opportunity

As a Financial Analyst Business Partner, you will play a critical role in providing financial reporting and analysis support to our Anywhere Integrated Services business, which comprises Title and Escrow operating companies with over $350M in Net Revenue. You will work closely with our Finance Manager and other stakeholders to drive business decisions, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategic plans to achieve our goals.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing financial support through preparation of reports, monthly performance analyses, and ad-hoc modeling and reviews
- Partnering with Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis peers on monthly close and determining opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies
- Assisting in the quarterly forecasting and annual operating plan processes, partnering with Financial Planning and Analysis peers
- Developing reporting and analytics on key performance indicators and business drivers, including trend analyses
- Providing support to AIS Presidents and Finance leaders for certain business initiatives, presentations, or other analyses
- Developing decision modeling and competitive intelligence in the areas of market share and fee structures
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to draw meaningful conclusions from financial and operational data
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to summarize key findings in a clear and succinct manner
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at once, with strong process orientation and organization skills
- Strong computer skills, with advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with Power BI and Oracle Smart View (a plus)
