Job Summary:

We're looking for a seasoned DSO/Student Services Manager to oversee international student services operations, manage F-1 visa processes, and provide exceptional support to our international student community. Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Designated School Official (DSO) for SEVIS and manage all aspects of F-1 visa compliance, including issuing I-20s and maintaining accurate student records.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to international students on immigration matters, enrollment, and academic progress.
  • Develop and implement student services initiatives to enhance the overall student experience.
  • Collaborate with admissions, academic advisors, and faculty to support international student success.
  • Ensure compliance with SEVP regulations and report updates in a timely manner.
  • Organize virtual workshops and informational sessions for international students.
  • Respond to student inquiries and resolve issues related to visas, housing, and academic concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, International Relations, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a DSO or in student services, with expertise in F-1 visa processes.
  • Knowledge of SEVIS and SEVP regulations is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
  • Experience supporting international students in higher education is highly desirable.

Job Details:

  • Job Type: Part-time, Contract
  • Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
  • Expected hours: 2 - 20 per week
  • Work Location: Remote
