Job Description:

As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. Your primary focus will be on: * Providing technical support for firewall equipment and software maintenance, including site executions, inventories, framework planning, preventive maintenance, and break/fix services in server farm critical infrastructure. * Supporting business remote access clients to align our client-edge security technology with and client-oriented expertise on workstations; the team can utilize advanced technology like Application ID and Client ID for granular client ID. * Supporting airport operations mobile network setup, Netmotion, equipment, and software maintenance, which includes site executions, inventories, framework planning, preventive maintenance, and break/fix services in server farm critical infrastructure. * Coordinating with Delta's Business divisions through advisory services responsible for firewall strategies and access control direction. * Providing functional support for potential emergencies, backing of critical offices and infrastructure parts for Organization Security. * Supporting the IT Data Security Division to maintain the integrity and service continuity of the project data and applications. * Suggesting and executing departmental approach, rules, principles, and methodologies. * Ensuring compliance with all governing corporate policies and rules. * Project management of server farm and remote communication room norms capital upgrades, renovations, and improvements. * Ensuring precise documentation, obtaining the best product and service costs, and ensuring that vendors meet their organizational commitments.

What You Need to Succeed:

* Self-starter, the ability to fully complete tasks with direction and guidance. * Builds and maintains effective communication and relationships with the management team, vendors, and partners. * Knowledge of Networking and Security: A strong understanding of networking concepts, like TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, and security protocols, is essential. Knowledge of cloud networking and security standards is also important. * System Administration Skills: Experience managing and maintaining server infrastructure on-premises and in the cloud. * Analyzing and Critical Thinking: The ability to analyze and resolve issues related to the managed security system and its integration with other systems. * Monitoring and Security Analysis: Capability in monitoring and analyzing security logs and events to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities. * Customer Service and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to interact with end-users, understand their needs, and provide sufficient support. * Vendor Relationship Management: Ability to collaborate with the cloud service provider (in this case, Outright) and ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) are met. * Continuous Learning: The cloud computing and security field is constantly evolving, so a willingness to stay updated on industry trends and new technologies is essential. * Adaptability to support an activity with varying shifts, extended hours, and readiness to come in case of emergency needs. * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Consistently focuses on the safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
