About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Chat Support Specialist to join reputed company, representing our automotive dealer clients in online conversations. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will engage with customers, reputed company exceptional support, and turn conversations into leads that drive reputed company for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate information about products and services
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments
- Capturing customer contact information for reputed company reputed company and reputed company review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for reputed company review
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge reputed company of evolving products and services
Requirements:
- Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday, 10am-6:30pm CST
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (preferred but not necessary)
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills
- Strong ability to multitask (gaming experience is helpful)
