Job Overview:
CIVITAS Health Services is looking for talented professionals to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals who share your passion for serving the autism community. Our ideal candidate is a passionate leader who is clinically innovative and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
Salary Range:
- BCaBA: $62,250 - $80,846 (commensurate with experience)
- BCBA: $82,450 - $102,820 (commensurate with experience)
Qualifications:
- BCBA or BCaBA certification
- LBA/LABA Licensed by the State of Virginia Department of Health Professions Board of Medicine
Job Duties:
- Direct supervision of Registered Behavioral Technicians
- Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and Learning Needs Assessments
- Develop Individualized Behavior-Change Programs with client-specific goals and outcome measurements
- Train and develop Registered Behavior Technicians
- Data analysis and care coordination with internal and external treatment providers
- Clinical supervision and weekly communication with direct care professionals, parents/legal guardians, and other providers
- Maintain client records and protected health information in compliance with State and Federal laws
