Job Title: Analyst, HR Compliance - American Airlines Entry Level Carport Jobs in Texas ($27/Hour)
Job Description:

As an Analyst, HR Compliance, you will play a vital role in maintaining legal and regulatory compliance, investigating and communicating requirements, and supporting the HR Compliance team and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and communicate legal and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
- Support the HR Compliance team and activities, including acquiring fingerprint/background check results and processing unique fingerprint clearance letters
- Maintain relationships with TSA, Airport Authority Boards, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services
- Process daily FBI fingerprints into the Access database and resolve any database issues
- Plan and analyze HR Compliance data between different records, working closely with HRIS and EC systems
- Conduct high-level investigations, custom reporting/dashboards, and standardize all data used for HR Compliance
- Collaborate with clients and teams consistently
- Review completed Fingerprint Applications for accuracy and retransmit fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of experience in HR
- Preferred experience with Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) and access to the TSA Clearinghouse database
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and Vlookup
- Advanced Access skills
- Ability to interpret large data sets to create meaningful reports
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proven ability to manage fair and consistent application of company policies and government requirements
