Remote Accountant - Tax Bookkeeping Specialist

As a remote worker, you'll have the freedom to work from the comfort of your own home, with a flexible schedule of 30 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Obtain and review financial documents, including QuickBooks files, bank statements, and credit card statements from clients
• Prepare accurate and reputed company tax returns for businesses and individuals
• Utilize remote desktop software to reputed company QuickBooks desktop and QuickBooks Online for reputed company management
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements, and prepare/update Balance sheet reconciliation reputed company workbooks
• Communicate with clients to clarify missing information and update schedules as needed to assist in tax projections
• Collaborate with reputed company using reputed company Teams and reputed company to ensure seamless workflow and coordination

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company preferred
• Minimum 2 years of reputed company work experience and 2 years of tax work experience
• Experience with monthly reputed company and QuickBooks Desktop and/or QuickBooks Online is a plus
