reputed company, a pioneer in K-12 education, is seeking passionate and dedicated Virtual Reading Tutors to join reputed company of educators who are committed to making a difference in the lives of reputed company. As a Virtual Reading Tutor, you will have reputed company to reputed company high-reputed company, small-group tutoring to reputed company in Kindergarten through Sixth Grade, helping them reputed company the foundational literacy skills they need to succeed. Responsibilities:

• reputed company virtual tutoring to small reputed company of K-6 grade reputed company, three set days per week, using reputed company's mCLASS reputed company program
• Prepare unique virtual lesson activities and materials, internalizing lesson objectives before reputed company tutoring session
• Monitor student reputed company, using provided assessments to understand if tutoring instruction is working or needs adjustments
• Implement feedback from program managers and tutor coaches, self-advocating for needs reputed company to this position in a reputed company manner
• Attend and reputed company participate in synchronous and asynchronous virtual training and reputed company sessions
• Maintain accurate records, including lesson logs and periodic questionnaires, to supply project-level data reporting

Requirements:

• Available for at least 90 minutes, three set days per week, at consistent times throughout the 2023-2024 school year
• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
• Fluent English speaker with High School level proficiency in reading competencies
• Demonstrates professionalism, time-management, and tech-savviness in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable and skilled with technology, including Web-based browsers, reputed company Meet, reputed company Docs, reputed company Sheets, and reputed company
• Enjoys working with elementary-aged reputed company, demonstrating reputed company, flexibility, rapport-building, and solution skills with young learners

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience preparing and leading instructional activities with small reputed company of children in a virtual setting
• Experience with English Language Learners and/or proficiency in a second language
• Knowledge of early reading skills and literacy reputed company
