As a Strategic Marketplace Growth Architect, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between consumer demand and a diverse range of high-quality products. You will leverage your analytical skills and strategic thinking to attract key marketplace players, expand our product portfolio, and ultimately maximize our customer base.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the marketplace segment, including seasonality, global trends, and competitor activities. Proactively monitor competitor strategies and identify emerging opportunities.
- Strategic Seller Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and onboard high-caliber sellers to our platform through direct outreach, industry events, and compelling presentations.
- Seller Enablement & Optimization: Provide expert guidance to sellers on best practices for online commerce, leveraging data-driven insights to improve delivery performance, customer satisfaction, and overall business outcomes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address seller challenges, resolve issues, and foster a thriving marketplace ecosystem.
- Growth Strategy Development: Contribute to the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies aimed at attracting new sellers and expanding product categories.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to seller acquisition, product selection, and marketplace growth. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Marketplace Expansion Initiatives: Identify and support initiatives to expand into new product categories and geographic markets.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales-focused role within e-commerce, retail, or FMCG industries. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and workplace applications.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
