This position is strategically focused on acquiring, developing, and managing high-value product opportunities that enhance our clients' product selection, pricing competitiveness, and customer satisfaction on Amazon. You will be responsible for in-depth market analysis, developing and executing Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies to attract key marketplace players and maximize product visibility and customer engagement.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Amazon marketplace, including seasonality, global trends, and competitor activities. Continuously monitor industry developments and emerging opportunities.
  • Identify, prospect, and onboard high-potential sellers to our platform through direct outreach, industry events, and compelling presentations.
  • Provide expert guidance to sellers on best practices for online selling, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize delivery, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.
  • Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, proactively identifying and resolving vendor challenges and fostering strong working relationships.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify product gaps and unmet customer needs, informing strategic product selection decisions.
  • Develop and implement targeted GTM strategies for new product launches and existing product lines.
  • Analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of internal knowledge resources and best practice guidelines for marketplace growth.
  • Present findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Stay abreast of Amazon's evolving policies, algorithms, and platform features.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute integrated growth initiatives.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of demonstrated success in a sales or business development role, preferably within the e-commerce, retail, or FMCG industries.
  • Proven ability to consistently exceed sales targets through the application of consultative and solutions-focused selling techniques.
  • Strong passion for identifying and promoting new products and offerings to new markets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Workplace applications.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and ambiguous environment with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen and strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze complex economic data.
  • Polished communication skills, including speaking, writing, presenting, and negotiating.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of direct experience within the e-commerce sector.
  • 3+ years of experience in consumer electronics sales.
  • 3+ years of experience in direct sales roles.
