As a Remote Chat Support Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with Amazon's products and services. You'll leverage your strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-centric skills to deliver outstanding support. You'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
  • Utilizing available resources to research and provide accurate information to customers.
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Meeting daily and weekly performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution.
