About the Role:
This is a hybrid role with up to 50% remote work, transitioning to a fully remote model after a successful 90-day training period at our Monroeville, PA office. We offer a supportive and engaging work environment where your expertise is valued. This is a full-time, permanent position with a unique 7 days on, 7 days off schedule.

Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will:
- Provide exceptional clinical pharmacy services to patients and healthcare professionals.
- Offer expert guidance and support to supporting staff.
- Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of pharmaceutical care services, including medication therapy monitoring, patient counseling, drug information, and disease state management.

Qualifications:
- Current, unrestricted Pennsylvania Pharmacy License.
- Residency in Pennsylvania.
- Minimum of 6 months of pharmacy experience.
- 6 months of experience with Windows-based applications (Windows, Microsoft Office, internet browsing, email).
- Ability to work the required shift schedule (rotating shifts from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm with corresponding end times).
- Preferred: Licenses in additional states.
- Preferred: Experience in healthcare, insurance, benefits, or pharmacy training.
- Pharm D degree or completion of a Pharmacy School Outline.
