We are seeking a talented and driven Data Analyst to join our Federal Healthcare Business team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare by leveraging data to drive innovation and growth. We are committed to transforming the way people approach their well-being through comprehensive wellness programs, protection plans, and local area drug specialists.

You will be responsible for driving advancement and development within Aeetna's Federal healthcare business. This involves utilizing customer marketing, sales, and product strategy, with a strong emphasis on data science and consulting skills to acquire new members.

As part of our Federal healthcare Research team, you'll be integrated into all aspects of our go-to-market strategies, including overall growth processes, business case development, customer segmentation, product strategy, media mix planning, attribution modeling, and member retention. You'll be working with vast amounts of data and the latest AI techniques to inform our strategies.

Over the past four years, our enrollment has doubled and our market share has grown by 50%. You'll be instrumental in taking this momentum to the next level, applying your critical thinking, quantitative analysis, and storytelling abilities to identify, nurture, and deliver the next generation of innovations that will propel the industry forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to inform Aeetna's Federal healthcare market development strategy through data analysis (e.g., customer segmentation, test design, pricing, scenario planning).
  • Develop models that translate complex issues into actionable insights for operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to drive revenue growth across business operations and marketing channels.
  • Counsel on the development of analytical frameworks to assess business and technical tradeoffs, leveraging a strong understanding of business methodology and accessible data science tools.

What We're Looking For:

  • You are a natural problem-solver, adept at tackling complex issues using established methodologies and logic, and comfortable translating technical analysis into clear business recommendations.
  • You have a proven track record of using data to impact cross-functional partners and drive data-informed decisions.
  • You can clearly and concisely communicate complex issues and recommendations in a straightforward, consistent, and impactful manner.
  • You have experience using data querying and preprocessing languages to analyze large datasets (SQL, Programming Language of Choice).

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of business experience leading analytics and driving initiatives with a history of business impact using data-driven insights.
  • Experience consulting with or within analytics/process teams in large organizations.
  • Proficiency in using data programming languages (SQL, R, Python).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in marketing analytics or management consulting.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to solve complex problems through logic and data-driven storytelling.
  • Solid understanding of cutting-edge analytics tools and languages to analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Proactive in identifying and preventing issues and roadblocks.
  • Excellent ability to communicate technical concepts and recommendations to colleagues.
  • 3+ years of experience applying analytical methodologies to solve business problems. Experience in marketing analytics or management consulting is a plus.
  • Analytical experience, ideally in a regulated environment like healthcare, financial services, banking, or credit.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.

Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is $35. This is a competitive rate based on experience, education, location, and other factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Wellbeing bonus, commission, or transient incentive program.
