Function Precis:
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting quality management initiatives and enhancing member experience. You will contribute to our commitment to continuous improvement by ensuring data accuracy, driving member engagement, and providing valuable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive member satisfaction through focused, strategic outreach.
- Develop and manage member campaigns, conducting evaluation reviews.
- Collaborate with provider management and procurement to implement member outreach campaigns.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with provider families.
- Serve as a quality champion, measuring and tracking the effectiveness of initiatives impacting customer satisfaction, cost management, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive service improvements for internal and external clients.
- Conduct quality evaluations/audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Identify and report errors to relevant teams.
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the assigned functional unit.
- Perform data analysis to identify and communicate trends.
- Participate in special projects and reviews as needed.
- Provide technical or process-related expertise on policies, strategies, and systems.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in member outreach, healthcare marketing, or related fitness experience.
- Customer service or call center experience.
- Strong aptitude for working with data.
- Ability to work independently with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 2+ years of experience with PC, keyboard navigation, multiple systems and programs, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).

- Bachelor's degree

Education:
High school diploma or GED required.
Compensation & Benefits:
The typical pay range for this role is $19.52 - $36.06 per hour. This range reflects the starting hourly rate and may vary based on experience, location, and other factors.
