Position: Remote Customer Support Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Remote Assistance: Guide customers through our products and services remotely, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Knowledgeable Guidance: Stay up-to-date on Aeetna products, services, and policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Problem Resolution: Effectively address and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues when necessary to ensure swift resolution.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system.

Required Skills:

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and professionally.
  • Empathy: Demonstrated ability to understand and empathize with customer needs, fostering a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
